Public Housing Waiting List

The Eau Claire County Housing Authority (ECHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.
Please note: the ECCHA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.

The ECCHA offers one public Housing community with 16 units for families, ranging in size from 3 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the ECCHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 721 Oxford Avenue, Room 3344, Eau Claire, WI 54703, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.

2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
No preferences were noted.
