Eau Claire Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Eau Claire Housing Authority (ECHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.Please note: The ECHA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the ECHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 203 S. Farwell St., Eau Claire, WI 54702-1186, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to PO Box 1186, Eau Claire, WI 54702-1186, or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time. No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the ECHA website, or call the office at (715) 839-4943 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
