Public Housing Waiting List

The Greenwood Housing Authority (GHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.
Please note: The GHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The GHA offers one Public Housing community with 20 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the GHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 312 N Reese Ave., #21, Greenwood, WI 54437, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (715) 267-6308 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
The GHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
