Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of New Richmond (HACNR) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
Please note: Families are welcome to apply but they must qualify for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit.
The HACNR offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the AHCNR to pick up a pre-application, located at 370 Odanah Ave # 370, New Richmond, WI 54017, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed or emailed to you by calling (715) 246-2130 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
No preferences were noted.
