Lake Mills Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Lake Mills Housing Authority (LMHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific bedroom size may be closed.The LMHA offers one Public Housing community with 62 1-Bedroom units, and one 2-Bedroom unit. Household sizes cannot be more than two people for a 1-Bedroom unit, or three people for a 2-Bedroom unit.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the LMHA to pick up an application, located at 228 Water St, Lake Mills, WI 53551.
2. Call the LMHA at (920) 648-5064 to request an application by mail.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly (62+); Disabled.For more information, contact the Lake Mills Housing Authority.
