Public Housing Waiting List

The Menomonie Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The MHA offers three Public Housing communities with 122 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the MHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1202 10th St., Menomonie, WI 54751, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
2. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling (715) 235-0656, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
The MHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
