Osceola Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Osceola Housing Authority (OHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The OHA only offers one bedroom units, there is a two person maximum.The OHA offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for families and senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the OHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 602 3rd Ave. W, #131, Osceola, WI 54020, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling (715) 294-3629 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The OHA does have a preference for senior and disabled individuals.For more information, call the OHA at (715) 294-3629 during normal office hours.
