Public Housing Waiting List

The River Falls Housing Authority (RFHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The RFHA offers one Public Housing community with 69 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are three ways to apply:

1. Visit the RFHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 625 North Main Street, River Falls, Wisconsin 54022 
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
3. Request a pre-application be mailed to you by calling (715) 425-7640 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
No preferences were noted.
