Wausau, Wisconsin Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Wausau Community Development Authority (WCDA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from September 9, 2019, until December 6, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Open and print the application online.
2. Pick up an application from the WCDA office.

Once the application was completed, it must have beenreturned to the Wausau Community Development Authority. All applications must have been returned to the WCDA office prior to Friday, December 6, 2019 at 3:00 pm to be considered.

There were no preferences.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
