Todd Baird Lindsey Foundation provides help elderly individuals remain in independent living situations for as long as practical. As a result, the Foundation offers direct financial support or other indirect forms of assistance in an effort to respond to each individuals medical, nutritional, housing, social and psychological needs such as: Housing expenditures: , Utility expenses (gas and electric), Mortgage payments, Rent, Lot rent, Deliverable fuel (oil, kerosene), Homeowners insurance    Real estate taxes to prevent a tax sale, Home improvements Medical Equipment Hearing Aids Personal Emergency Response Service:  financial assistance with the monthly emergency response service fee Housekeeping: financial assistance with housekeeping when there is a medical need, and the individual lives in subsidized housing.
