Rental Counseling: Rental Counseling provides renters one-on-one counseling to understand lease and rental terms, security deposits and renters insurance. Housing Counseling: Housing Counseling provides first time homebuyers one-on-one counseling in the home ownership process, foreclosure-prevention counseling, foreclosure workshops and reverse-mortgage counseling.
