The Trehab Center  provides Emergency rental housing assistance and homeless assistance programs like foreclosure intervention and weatherization. The Trehab Community Action Agency is committed to act as both a service provider and an advocate for the poor, unemployed, and underemployed, the elderly, and other groups at risk. Trehab serves: Susquehanna Wyoming Bradford Wayne Sullivan Tioga counties
