Yell County, Arkansas Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Yell County Public Facilities Board (YCPFB) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online. Select the "Yell County Rental Assistance Application" link.
2. Pick up an application at any Universal Housing Development Corporation (UHDC) office. The address to each office can be found here.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

1. Mailed to the UHDC at PO Box 846, Russellville, Arkansas, 72811.
2. Dropped off at the Yell County office at 507 North 4th Street, Suite E, Dardanelle, Arkansas, 72834, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, CT.
3. Dropped off at the UHDC main office at 301 East 3rd Street, Russellville, Arkansas, 72801, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, CT.
4. Emailed to [email protected].

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

There are no preferences.
