The Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Rose Terrace is closed.

The HAMC last accepted applications from July 19, 2021, until August 9, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application, Paper applications were not accepted.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 2 Persons $31,600 | 6 Persons $45,850
• 3 Persons $35,550 | 7 Persons $49,000
• 4 Persons $39,500 | 8 Persons $51,150

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
