1-Bedroom Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The South Tucson Housing Authority (STHA) Senior/Disabled Public Housing waiting list for 1 Bedroom apartments is currently open, from February 11, 2019, until 100 applications have been received.

Please note: As of March 17, 2020 a representative from the STHA stated that there are only 3 applications remaining out of 50.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Complete the application at the STHA office located at 1713 South 3rd Avenue, South Tucson, Arizona, 85713, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 am and 1:00 to 5:00 PM, MT.   
2. Pick up an application at the address above, during office hours.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be dropped off at the STHA office the address above, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 am and 1:00 to 5:00 PM, MT.   

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
