Villa del Monte, Studio and 1-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Peninsula, California.

The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey (HACM) Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Villa del Monte is closed.

The HACM last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 7, 2022 , until November 30, 2022. There is no notice when this wait list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application in person at the HACM central office.
2. Complete the online application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Hand delivered to HACM office.
2. Mailed to the HACM office.
3. Faxed to the HACM.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed. 

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
