Lancaster Homes and Kings Road, Multifamily Housing Other Senior Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in Lancaster and West Hollywood, California.

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) last accepted Senior Multifamily Housing waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Lancaster Homes and Kings Road apartments from February 2, 2023, until June 30, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen..

To apply while the waitlist is open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preference: 

• Elderly Family Preference:
  • An elderly family is a family whose head (including co-head), spouse, or sole member is a person who is at least 62 years of age. It may include two or more persons who are at least 62 years of age living together, or one or more persons who are at least 62 years of age living with one or more live-in aides.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
