The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) Homeless Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Westminster Crossing Apartments is closed. 

The OCHA last accepted referrals for this waiting list from April 7, 2021, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to be referred by the Orange County Coordinated Entry System (CES) to OCHA.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• applicants who are experiencing homelessness, eligible for services under the Special Needs Housing Program, and referred by the Orange County Coordinated Entry System (CES) to OCHA. 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
