Santa Ana, California Veteran Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Santa Ana Housing Authority Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open on a limited basis,

The SAHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from July 1, 2015, until further notice.

Please note: According to the SAHA, this waiting list is "only for U.S. Military Veterans who live or work in the City of Santa Ana. A DD-214 Form is required."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application available here. Note: As of April, 2022, the SAHA website says, "If you are a U.S. Military Veteran who lives or works in Santa Ana, please go to our On-line Application to Submit an Application." However, the SAHA online application states "There are no open waiting lists at this time."

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in the City of Santa Ana, United States Veterans who have served for at least 90 days and been discharged by any definition but dishonorable (proof of DD214 required)
