Studio and 1-Bedroom Senior Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior Public Housing rental housing assistance in Hartford, Connecticut.

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) Elderly Public Housing waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments is closed.

The HACH last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 2, 2021, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HACH public notice, "To qualify, you must be an elderly individual or family (62+) that is seeking a studio or one-bedroom apartment owned by the Housing Authority."

There were three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.
3. Pick up an application from the HACH office.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
