This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Hartford, Connecticut.

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications from April 23, 2024, until April 26, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

3,000 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either: 

1. Mailed to the HACH office.
2. Hand delivered to the HACH office drop box.
