This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Dania Beach, Florida.

The Dania Beach Housing Authority (DHA) last accepted Section 8 waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Saratoga Crossing from March 3, 2023, until March 8, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $31,750 | 5 Persons $49,000
• 2 Persons $36,300| 6 Persons $52,650
• 3 Persons $40,850 | 7 Person $56,250
• 4 Persons $45,350 | 8 Persons $59,900

Preferences have been confirmed.

200 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
