The Lake Wales Housing Authority (LWHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 3-Bedroom apartments from May 18, 2023, until June 18, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
