This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Orange County, Florida.

The Orange County Housing and Community Development Division (OCHCD) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from May 9, 2023, until May 11, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $29.050 | 5 Persons $44,800
• 2 Persons $33,200 | 6 Persons $48,100
• 3 Persons $37,350 | 7 Person $51,400
• 4 Persons $41,450 | 8 Persons $54,750

Preferences have not been confirmed.

1,000 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
