This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Pinellas County, Florida (with the exception of the incorporated City of Clearwater, Florida).

The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The PCHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from August 30, 2022, until September 1, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Head of Households (HOH) who are Elderly or Disabled, Veterans, and Pinellas County residents.

3,000 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
