Affordable Housing Other Project Based Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Pinellas Park and Dunedin, Florida.

The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) waiting list for Affordable Housing apartments at Crystal Lakes Manor and Palm Lake Village is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

According to the PCHA, this program offers "rental units at below market rates, affordable housing is a low-rent option for Housing Choice Voucher holders and the general public. Our affordable housing properties serve families from 0-150 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI)."
