This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Americus, Andersonville, Plains and Leslie, Georgia.

The Housing Authority of the City of Americus is now accepting applications for project-based rental assistance (PBRA) properties under the RAD program, including Northside Apartments, Eastside Apartments, and scattered site properties. Units range from 1 to 5 bedrooms and serve Americus, Andersonville, Plains, and Leslie, Georgia.
