2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Carrollton, Georgia.

The Housing Authority of the City of Carrollton (CHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments from October 16, 2023, until October 30, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

1. Print the paper application.
2. In person applications are accepted at the CHA office.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Elderly or Disabled
• Employed
• Displaced by a natural disaster or government action
• Victim of domestic violence
• Resident of the City of Carrollton or Carroll County

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
