Walton Ridge Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Marietta Housing Authority (MHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 3-Bedroom apartments at Walton Ridge is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least December, 2020, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MHA, "MHA Subsidy Standards are 2 heartbeats/room, which would require a minimum of 5 people on the pre application for a 3 bedroom unit. Failure to meet this requirement will result in your application being rejected."
