This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Dubuque, Iowa.

The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Department (CDHCDD) last accepted Elderly/Disabled Assisted Living Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for the Rose of Dubuque apartments on the third Wednesday of each month, from August 16, 2023, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the CDHCDD, "The Project Based Voucher Waiting List is for 17 specific units at an Assisted Living Facility at The Rose of Dubuque. Applicants selected from this list must be elderly (62+) and/or disabled, and in need of assistance to complete daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication management, housekeeping, and laundry. Applicants that do not meet these requirements will NOT be selected from the Waiting List. Final eligibility is determined by The Rose of Dubuque."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
