The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) Elderly/Disabled Assisted Living Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Rose of Dubuque is currently open. The HCDD is accepting applications since at least June, 2019, until further notice.
Please note: According to the HCDD, "Seniors and persons with disabilities who are income-eligible may qualify for rental assistance at 17 specific units located at the Rose of Dubuque, an assisted living facility located at 3390 Lake Ridge Dr."
