This waiting list is for Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in DuPage County, Illinois.

The DuPage Housing Authority (DHA) Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from May 4, 2021 at 10:00 am CT, until 300 applications have been received.

Please note: This waiting list is for applicants who are non-elderly with disabilities.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Persons who are clients of the DuPage County Continuum of Care agencies who are transitioning out of institutional or other separated settings; at serious risk of institutionalization; currently experiencing homelessness; or previously experienced homelessness and currently a client in a permanent supportive housing or rapid rehousing project.

300 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
