This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Franklin County, Illinois.

The Franklin County Housing Authority (FCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 25, 2021, until October 29, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application from the FCHA office.

Once the application was completed, it was mailed to the FCHA.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

1. Elderly, Disabled or Working (3 Points)
2. Franklin County Residents (2 Points)
3. Veteran (1 Point)

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
