This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Elgin, Illinois .

The Housing Authority of Elgin (HAE) last accepted Affordable Housing Program waiting list applications for 3-Bedroom apartments at Fox River and Rivers Edge Townhomes for one day only on March 22, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, complete an application in person at the Central Park Towers in the computer lab.

Please note: " Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 household members to qualify/maximum of 6.
• Must bring birth certificates and social security cards for all household members plus ID/DL for all adults."

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
