The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments at Walnut Ridge from the earliest confirmed date of January 30, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants that work, or are participating in a work training program, within a 12 mile radius of the development, or applicants that are unemployed by reasons of age (62) or disability.

Selection Process
