This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Residences of Crystal Lake is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021, until further notice.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Applicants referred to the landlord through the Statewide Referral Network (SRN), individual and applicant families that contain a veteran, or individual and applicant families that contain a person 62 years of age or older that is homeless and working with a McHenry County Continuum of Care homeless provider.

Selected applicants are placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
