This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in McHenry, Illinois.

The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) Near Elderly waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Berkshire Johnsburg is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021, until further notice.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Applicants living, working, or hired to work in McHenry County, applicants referred to the landlord through the Statewide Referral Network (SRN), individual and applicant families that contain a veteran, or individual and applicant families that contain a person that is homeless and working with a McHenry County Continuum of Care homeless provider. 

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
