Montgomery County Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August, 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, open and print the application online. Select the "Download Application" button.

Once the application has been completed, call the MCHA office at (217) 532-3672, Ext: 221 or 229 to set up an appointment to submit the application. Applicants cannot mail in their pre-application. All adult (18+) members of the household must be present at the interview.
