The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (MDHCD) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Town of Elkton from March 10, 2023, until March 17, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• The Willows at Windsor, 300 Friendship Road, Elkton, MD 21921
• Rudy Park Apartments, 900 Rudy Park Drive, Elkton, MD 21921
• Birchwood at Main (62 and older), 150 E Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
