Wicomico Housing Authority Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in Wicomico County.

The Wicomico Housing Authority (WHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals from the earliest confirmed open date of April 2022, until further notice.

Currently there are 181 on the waitlist.

The WHA offers three apartment communities with 277 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

To apply while the waitlist is open, pick up an application at the WHA office, located at 911 Booth St., Salisbury, MD 21801, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either: Mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

This waiting list has the following preference: Live and/or work in Wicomico.
