Housing for 55+ Other Project Based Waiting List

The Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) is currently accepting Housing for 55+ waiting list applications until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply, complete the online application. Select an open waiting list in the "Housing for Ages 55 and older" section.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced by government action, fire, lead paint, natural disaster, or similar circumstance; Live in city limits of Grand Rapids; Requesting barrier free unit; Veteran or widow of veteran with honorable discharge.
