Please note: The Traverse City Housing Commission covers locations within a 50-mile radius of the main office, which includes the Counties of Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau and Wexford, MI.

The Traverse City Housing Commission (TCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last opened for more than one month in July 2014. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.



To apply in 2014, applicants were required to complete the online pre-application. The pre-application was available online only.


Please note: The waiting list closed once 250 pre-applications were accepted.
