2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Other Project Based Waiting List

The Scott County Community Development Agency (SCCDA) last accepted Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom Apartments on August 20, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 2 Persons $49,700 | 6 Persons $72,050
• 3 Persons $55,900 | 7 Persons $77,050
• 4 Persons $62,100 | 8 Persons $82,000
• 5 Persons $67,100 | 9 Persons $86,950

Preferences

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selection Process

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
