2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota.

The St. Louis Park Housing Authority (SLHA) Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3 ,4 and 5-bedroom is closed.

The SLHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 21, 2023, until March 2, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 2 Person $71,550 | 6 Persons $103,750
• 3 Persons $80,500 | 7 Persons $110,900
• 4 Persons $89,400 | 8 Persons $118,050
• 5 Persons $96,600 

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Residency Preference: Live, work, hired to work, or attend K-12 school in St. Louis Park, MN
• Veteran’s or service person preference: Veteran or member of the armed services, widow/widower of veteran

250 applicants were placed on the 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.

100 applicants were placed on the 5-Bedroom waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
