This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Graham, North Carolina.

The Housing Authority of Winston-Salem (HAWS) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for Brown School Apartments for one day only on September 12, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preference: Families who were relocated or are scheduled to be relocated out of the Cleveland Avenue Homes public housing community and are applying to the PBV development as a returning family.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
