C. Bruce Rose Plaza Other Project Based Waiting List

The Wilson Housing Authority (WHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at C. Bruce Rose Plaza is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, pick up an application Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm ET, at one of the following locations:

• Forrest Road Homes-502 Parkview St.
• Whitfield Homes-633 E. Walnut St.
• E.B. Jordan Homes- 1800-H Fountain Dr.
• WHA Admin office- 301 E. Nash St.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to one of the locations noted above.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Involuntary Displacement
• Veteran/Homeless
• Working FamilyDefined as being self-employed, working an average of 20 hours or more a week for at least 11 months, or being seasonally employed for 2 years with the current employer and working 20 hours a week or more). Includes persons 62 years or older.
