The Columbia Housing (CH) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Oaks at St. Anna's Park - Oak Park Townhomes for one day only on January 17, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

500 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
