Near-Elderly Public Housing Waiting List

The Amsterdam Housing Authority (AHA) is currently accepting Near-Elderly (50+) Public Housing waiting list applications. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application, and select "Hi Rise & Stratton Apartments."

This waiting list had the following preferences: Working at least 9 months, live in the City of Amsterdam.
