The Ithaca Housing Authority (THA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of June 14, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Dropped off at the IHA office or drop box.
2. Mailed to the IHA office.
3. Faxed to IHA.
