Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority (SMHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The SMHA offers eleven public housing communities with 778 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply for public housing:1. Visit the SMHA office to pick up an application, located at 101 West High St., Springfield, OH, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.2. Download an application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, no appointment is necessary.
